It's Real

Nintendo announces a "Wii Successor" for 2012... in a pdf.

We'll all find out how much money it's going to cost to play the next Mario, Zelda, etc. at E3.

Good times; Nintendo has already made themselves the talk of E3 a month and a half in advance. They'll probably do something out there that will get a ton of attention. I'm hoping it does pan out for them as I'm getting sick of smug bastards (like Malstrom) thinking that it'll somehow flop.

Also, they better not delay Skyward Sword for the Wii2. It's done by the director of the Zelda: Oracle games and Minnish Cap so I REALLY wanna see what he could do with a 3D Zelda

I don't know about you, but personally, I'm looking forward to seeing the next Super Smash Bros. and the revival of a classic Nintendo game. Or an obscure one. Like Gumshoe! Or Mole Mania! Although personally, I'd like to see the Mole Mania sequel on the 3DS, since the original game was on a portable system.

I'm looking forward to a new console, but not at the cost of their values. Nintendo has always been able to release a console for a affordable price. The same way the 3DS lost their values by being more expensive, and horrible battery. I'm afraid a new console will cost more, and be faulty built. Nintendo is not competing with the others. The are competing against their own legacy. I just hope they know that.
